The Golden Circle

Our Sucess Model

In the CSS Performance Manual 2023, we introduced Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle in the context of occupational safety to create a shared understanding of our safety culture. Now, in 2025, we stand at a pivotal point: To successfully achieve SPI Level 3, we are tailoring the Golden Circle to specific roles.

By clearly defining the WHY, HOW, and WHAT for top management, managers, employees, and safety & health experts, we strengthen role clarity. This precision enables us to act as role models, proactively address risks, and systematically achieve our shared goal: safe and healthy workplaces.
