Safety campaign:
„Speak up and report”
In order to increase safety awareness in our organisation we provide safety campaign „Speak up and report”. Within this campaign short movies are prepared which present various undesired situations from the plant. The movies instruct all employees how to proceed in case of these situations - how to proceed if there is an oil leackage on the floor or infrastructure damage or failure.
How do we encourage our employee in safety involvement?

Speak up and report app allows to report any unsafe situations, environmental issue from the plant. The app is available to everyone with smartphone and internet connection. There are 2 option how to report the incident: The 1st by scanning QR code available at different location throughout the plant. The 2nd - directly from the app installed on the phone. The app works only on site - there is a special plug in installed which allows to use the app only at Man Trucks Niepołomice location.
How do we encourage our employee in safety involvement?
FIRST AID COMPETITION
In order to increase the knowledge in fileld of first aid we organise annual first aid trainings combined with a competition. During the competition all participatns have opportunity to verify their skills in the various realistic emergency situations. By exposing trainees to scenarios that replicate the complexity and urgency of actual emergencies, they can better prepare for real-world situations.

AI & Computer Vision project
WHAT is it?
We use a a software that allows continuously monitor high-risk areas in the workplace. The system detect every violation of Health & Safety by risky behavior.
WHAT is observed?
Only risky, dengerous behaviors. Software will not be used to recognise employee
WHAT the project gives us?
Daily/weekly statistic reports including number of monitored unsafe behaviors.
This knowledge can be used to select areas where there is a need to implement safety improvment actions and take necessary precautions.
