Evaluation of results

Comparing the reference periods before and after the introduction of awareness campaigns, we can observe that:

  • employees who are aware of the risks know how to avoid them, which leads to decrease of accidents

  • aware employees are more engaged in creating a safe work environment, which builds a safety culture

For me as the Plant Manager is very important that our employees are healthy and safe at work. For this reason we, as the Management Team, focus in our daily job on creating a safe working environment as well as promoting the safety culture. It is crucial that we are the role model and react to unsafe conditions and behaviors. Safety of employees is our priority.
